Changing my life started with daily practices, and these Positive Vibe Journal Prompts are a great way to do just that, so I decided to share them with you! I'm sure you know that it is not enough just to read a positive post in social media or listen to a positive podcast--we have have to make intentional actions to reflect on our OWN LIVES, not just listen about someone else's life.
